How do we make app development successful?
Our methodology allows us to make incremental advances on Mobile Applications in an efficient and flexible way.
We will develop your mobile application in multiple clicks that will include the following stages.
During this stage, frequent meetings will be held with the purpose of understanding the requirements that the application must satisfy, as well as generating the user stories, business rules, roles and analysis documentation necessary to represent the total flow of the application in a functional prototype.
The documentation will be complemented with the technical structure for the requirements that were identified during the ANALYSIS, including: technological architecture, data model, definition of WEB Services and test cases for the application.
As a final part of this stage, the Detailed Work Plan or the general Product Backlog (SCRUM) of the Project will be generated, including the segmentation for each construction stage.
In this phase, an iterative process will be used, based on three or four repetitions, called: Alpha, Beta, Silver and GOLD depending on the complexity identified in the Analysis Milestone.
In each iteration, development progress is segmented into weekly Sprints to generate incremental versions of the application’s functionality.
